Membership Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Membership Agreement ("AGREEMENT") is entered into between MATCO TEKSTİL VE DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("MAVLO"), the owner of the website ("SITE") specified below, and the user who accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement and registers as a member of the Site ("MEMBER"), for determining the conditions and terms for the use of the services provided by the Parties.

Member and MAVLO will hereinafter be referred to individually as ("PARTY") and collectively as ("PARTIES").

2. SUBJECT AND PURPOSE

The products of the MAVLO brand are offered for purchase through the Site for our valued customers. Our website is an e-commerce platform that facilitates the buying and selling of our products and connects you with them. By entering the mavlo.co website and becoming a member, you agree to the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.

3. STATEMENTS AND COMMITMENTS

3.1. In order for a user to become a member, they must accept this Agreement and provide all the required information and documents on the Site accurately, completely, and up to date. MAVLO has the right to reject the membership application of the user. The user wishing to become a member must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and must meet the requirements set by MAVLO or applicable legal regulations.

3.2. The Member guarantees that the information provided is correct and up to date, and that no changes have been made to it. The Member shall be solely responsible for any losses or damages caused to the Site, its operators, or third parties due to providing incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information on the membership forms.

3.3. The membership account is exclusive to the Member who created it; the Member shall not allow a third party to use their account, nor shall they use other Members' accounts. MAVLO may share the Member's information with the relevant authorities upon request in accordance with the applicable laws.

3.4. All responsibilities related to the user ID and password information, including those used for creating the membership account on the Site, lie with the Member. It is the Member's responsibility to securely set the password for the membership account and change it periodically to ensure the security, privacy, and protection of their membership account and the information used to create the account.

3.5. MAVLO reserves the right to change, reorganize, or stop the publication of all services, products, terms of use, and the information provided on the Site or mobile application, without prior notice or declaration. Every entry into the Site or mobile application is considered acceptance of these changes.

3.6. MAVLO has the right to communicate with the user through the address, email, phone lines, and other contact details provided by the user in the membership form or updated later, for purposes such as communication, marketing, notifications, updates, and other purposes, with the user's consent.

3.7. No material, data, or visual found on the website or mobile application may be modified, copied, reproduced, translated into another language, republished, uploaded to another computer, posted, transmitted, presented, or distributed without prior permission and proper attribution, including code and software.

4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

4.1. MAVLO attaches great importance to the processing, security, and protection of personal data provided by the Member in accordance with all applicable legislation, including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. MAVLO processes personal data provided by the Member in a lawful and fair manner to the extent permitted by law. Detailed information on data processing is provided in our Privacy Notice.

4.2. By benefiting from the Services and/or creating an account, the Member gives clear and free consent to the collection, use, transfer, and other processing of their personal data. For further information regarding the conditions for the use of personal data and their rights, the Member can contact us via email at hello@mavlo.co.

4.3. The personal data provided by the Member and consented to be shared on the Site will be stored, processed, and used to fulfill the obligations outlined in this Agreement, the Distance Sales Agreement that may be made with the Member, and other applications on the Site.

4.4. Personal data belonging to the Member is stored securely in accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and all necessary measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access and unlawful data processing. The Member has the right to access, change, or update their personal data at any time in accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

4.5. The Member can change their communication preferences at any time on the Membership page on our website. In case the Member wishes to terminate their membership, all personal data previously provided will be retained as specified in the Privacy Notice for legal obligations and then anonymized or deleted.

4.6. Members acknowledge that transactions carried out through the Platform are their own responsibility.

4.7. The security of the username and password set by the Member is the responsibility of the Member. The Member should not share this information with third parties.

5. EFFECTIVENESS

This Agreement, consisting of 3 (three) pages and 5 (five) main articles, is deemed effective upon the electronic approval of each provision by the Member, after reading and fully understanding it.
